First, we’ve got a huge announcement this week. We’re gearing up for the biggest party of the year, and trust me, you won’t want to miss it. This event is going to be the talk of the town, and it’s all happening right here at Gusto!
Festa del Maiale Festival of Pork: A Gusto Harvest Moon Party!
Join us for the biggest celebration of the year on the night of the next full moon September 17th! The harvest season is upon us, and we want to honor the true meaning of harvest by celebrating the fruits that our hard work and your support have bore. What better way to celebrate, than with a party and a feast!? Each course of our dinner includes pork, and we'll feature a fantastic selection of wines from our dear friends Rossi Imports. There will be live entertainment and more! For the celebration, we ask attendants to come dressed in white to match the full moon! Click here to get your tickets for the biggest event of the year!
Don't worry though, we have plenty of things coming up to hold you over until then. This weekend specifically we have Timbear and his trusty guitar making their return to the Taphouse! If you’ve been lucky enough to catch him before, you know each performance has outdone the last. We’re beyond excited to see what new magic he’ll bring to the stage this time. Catch him on Saturday from 6-9pm. Whether you're a longtime fan or hearing him for the first time, it’s sure to be an unforgettable night filled with soulful tunes and great vibes. Don’t miss it!
Thank you for another record-breaking week at Gusto! It feels like every time I turn around, the cafe is filled with the energy of all of you—friends new and old—sharing meals, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Even as summer winds down and the school year kicks into gear, you continue to surprise us with how much you fill this place with life. We’re beyond grateful!
And speaking of familiar faces, welcome back! To those of you who we’ve missed this summer, whether you were off on adventures or simply wrapped up in the season’s bustle, it’s so good to see you again. We’ve been hard at work making Gusto even better, just for you. There’s new music to enjoy, fresh menu items to savor, and exciting events on the horizon. So, come on in—there’s so much waiting for you!
We want to take the opportunity this week to introduce you to two incredibly important people that help run Gusto. You may see them up at the Taphouse or occasionally running to help fill in at the Cafe or enjoying a wine tasting at the Market, but this week we wanted to introduce you all to Alan and Luke!
Alan (left) is the General Manager at Gusto Taphouse. He helps facilitate events, dining, & beverages at the Taphouse and helps Elena & Nick with general operations for Gusto. His favorite item from the menu is the Norcina, and if he could have a secret menu item named after him at Gusto, it would be a Caprese made on pizza dough. When asked what color Power Ranger he was -without hesitation- he answered Red. We see the resemblance, Alan.
Luke (right) is the Bar Manager at Gusto Taphouse. He designs cocktails, and keeps everything behind the bar in stock. His favorite thing to eat at Gusto is the Salsiccia alla Griglia, and his secret menu item would be an Italian cold cut combo with melted fontina cheese, balsamic glaze, arugula, and calabrese hot sauce. When asked what Power Ranger he was, he gave a blank stare and said, "Not sure about Power Ranger, but if I was a Ninja Turtle I'd be Mikey, because I love pizza." We also, are not surprised.
